Paid initial deposit by credit card online, as well as balance after job was done. Very convenient and professional. Nicely documented work scope, invoices, and payments.
I requested a call when their service person was en route on the scheduled day, which he did. This was helpful because they said the service person would arrive at my parents’ place in the afternoon (targeting early afternoon), but the serviceman finished his prior job early and called me at 10:15am to ask if he could arrive sooner, which worked out great. “I had Hauer Power Electrical change out to electrical panels in my house. Both panels were outdated and prone failure. The quote was reasonable and the install was top notch. I have work in the construction field for twenty years. Having worked around electricians a lot. Goran and Logan were great. Hard workers, very respectable of my family and home and did not leave a mess when finished. One thing I can till you about a upgrade like this is there are always hidden issues. Every job has it’s own personality and this one was no exception. I purchased this home four months ago and have found this were built a little different, two layer of sheet rock, so many light switches every were and hidden water valves to name a few. Upgrade to a 200 amp service which had to be moved to the garage per Epcor’s new code. I was replacing the sidewalk by the garage so Goran and Logan came by early to get the piping in before the concrete was poured taking the extra step to make thing right with there very busy schedule.
