Taking a cocktail class on a historic streetcar? Count me in! The Edmonton Cocktail Class on the Streetcar offers a unique mixology experience as you glide through the city, complete with stunning views from the High Level Bridge. 

I tried it for a friend’s birthday, and between the expertly guided mixing and the unforgettable scenery, I was hooked. The charming, vintage vibes of the streetcar make it feel like you’re stepping into a cocktail-fueled time machine.

Today, thanks to this experience, I’m sort of known for my deliciously unique Maple Bourbon Smash, blending bourbon, maple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and mint.
