I signed up and fell in love with Rock Jungle Climbing’s “karma cleaning” program which benefits both the gym and its climbing community by keeping the facility clean and safe.

It’s like giving back while chalking up!

I love the top-rope walls where there are belay setups for secure climbing, with routes of varying heights and difficulties. It’s great for beginners and seasoned climbers alike.

Plus, their cozy café is the perfect spot to recharge after crushing some routes.

I took Vertically Inclined Rock Gym’s belay course as a refresher, and the focus on safety was top-notch. It’s a great facility for those roping in for the first time or bouldering like a pro.

I enjoy the bouldering walls at this place with the shorter, unroped walls and thick crash mats for protection. They feature dynamic problems, including overhangs, slabs, and traverses, offering challenges for both new and experienced climbers!

Pro-tip: Grab climbing shoes on-site and refuel with snacks and water available inside.

I was honestly blown away by how much Niche Climbing has to offer. There were so many problems to tackle. Those overhangs are no joke!

The blue accent walls give the place such a cool vibe, and don’t even get me started on the throwback music; I was grooving between climbs.

Oh, and a foot-washing station? Hello, hygiene!

Fitset NINJA is the perfect place to introduce my kid nephews to wall climbing while letting them tackle fun and creative obstacles. They loved the warped walls, monkey bars, and balance beams, which are designed to build both strength and confidence in a safe environment.

What sets it apart is its focus on Ninja Warrior-style challenges alongside climbing, making it feel more like an adventure than just a workout. The staff were super encouraging, and the variety of problems kept the little ones entertained (and tired out) for hours!

Pro-tip: Fitset NINJA is open for birthday parties and other special occasions.
