“I hit a wall with my car’s back door on the right side. Although there was no major dent on the outside of the car door, whenever I lock the door, there is a gap on the upper part. The amount of empathy and kindness shown to me by Peter left me dumbfounded.
Peter left the desk, followed me to the back where I packed, assessed my car and asked me to bring the car in right away. Peter spent about 20 minutes personally working on my car with one of his staff. He fixed my car by himself free if charge. “Sent my car in April to be repaired after getting into an accident in March. They did an amazing job on the repair, looks good as new. Everyone I met who works here was really friendly and kind enough to explain things I didn’t fully understand. I did notice one thing after getting my car back, it was probably due to miscommunication.
