Note, however, that Dow is younger compared to most names here. If you’re after at least 10+ years of experience, they might not be a fit.
But if speed is what you care about, their same-day service truly lives up to its name. Jim had our door fixed within hours of booking, and he didn’t require us to pay for holiday surcharges, either.
We’ll give extra credit for his parts expertise. He gave us a heads-up on parts that might wear out soon and offered tips on how to prevent it.
The downside? Dow isn’t accredited by the BBB, though they enjoy an A+ rating from the organization.
