“I have nothing but amazing things to say about Family Furnace!! My furnace stopped working on Friday and I had called to see if someone could come out and diagnose what was wrong. The company didn’t have any techs that could come see me same day but Ashleigh the install coordinator was so kind and took time to try and help me over the phone to diagnose what was wrong and walked me through many steps. Asked about my weekend, made me feel very taken care of. Although we couldn’t fix the issue she really made an impact to the point that when I did find the problem was a broken blower motor and not worth fixing, I called Family Furnace to purchase a new furnace solely based off her kindness and helpfulness. The installers were also great, very kind, courteous and efficient. They got to my home at 9am and were finished by 1:30 installing the furnace, humidifier and installed an air return vent as the home didn’t have one in the basement. They cleaned up everything and when they left it was like they were never there – just a brand new furnace! Honestly an amazing experience with this company, highly recommend.”

“We had a Daikon DX17 -fit AC installed in our new house. The free quote provided multiple options and price points to choose from. All prices were within range of our other quotes for the AC models and installation but included all inclusive service. Furnace Family provided their own technicians which included an electrician. We needed a load miser installed. The quote for the included load miser was cheaper than other quotes. Rory and Jordan took great care to protect our floors during the install. They were fantastic! They cleaned up after they were done. They took the time to explain their work. I was very impressed. It was too cold to test the unit and so they will return in the spring to complete the job. I highly recommend Furnace family for this service. Definitely worth 5 stars.”

From the ladies at reception, Ty who came and did the consultation, to Dave and his partner who came to do the installation. They made explained everything that they were going to do to make the installation a success, making sure there was enough space in the walkway to still get through, to making sure they cleaned up after themselves.
Ty explained the option to rent my unit, which makes the cost of the unit more palatable, without having to pay $6000 upfront. Plus the added bonus of renting is that ALL maintenance and service to my AC and furnace are free. And in 7 years, I will get a new unit free of charge, as long as I’m still renting. In addition to having the bonus of not having to pay for the first 6 months.”

Stress-free furnace and water tank installation
“Our entire experience with Acclaimed while dealing with our Furnace and Water Tank install was stress free. Ironic considering the furnace broke down in the evening and something like that is often a stressful situation financially and logistically.
Keven tried to trouble shoot the furnace with me via Facetime, just in case we could fix it but it became very obvious there was no there was no option other than a new furnace.
We had previously obtained a quote on the install because we knew the time was soon coming. Luc gave us quick updates and options. Once an install date was confirmed, the weather temperature dropped, so Acclaimed made sure we had portable heaters to get us through till the install.
The lead technician Ruslan and his assistant Khairullah were so friendly and efficient and they were willing to do the install on a Saturday!!
When the city inspector came to inspect this week, he was pleasantly surprised and said with large eyes and obvious head nods, “Who ever installed these did a REALLY good job!”

“Amazing services Remove/install by Devin and Gabe … really mindful of our home and had carpets to protect our floors. … I asked for the pump to be removed since drain hole was 2 feet away and he remove quick. Really friendly and knowledgeable (I learned about furnace more in their visit time than i’ve learned in My entire life) and very good simple informations.
My minor issue though is with would be with the Thermostat as for the heavy price of such Furnace at least a free New thermostat should come and no one except the Install tech told us about getting one and was surprise we didn’t get one as they don’t carry them.

“Unbelievable service, called them on Sunday 22nd December and I had my new tank installed by 10.00am Tuesday 24th. I was expecting a much slower service due to it being Christmas week but McKinley went above and beyond. The technicians, Stephen and Jordon made sure that there was no mess on the floors and carpets by laying mats down and when finished you would not know they had been in the house, thank you and thank you to Dean who facilitated the process from the start. McKinley provided photos of the technicians who would be coming to do the service which I believe is an excellent security detail.”
