Moreover, the company’s around-the-clock emergency service is both trustworthy and prompt. This was proved when they efficiently handled our lockout incident last October 2024.
Automated and smart security systems aren’t their forte, though. If you’re in the market for locksmiths specializing in high-tech solutions, you might want to look elsewhere.
Customer service isn’t their strong suit either. We’ve run into some less-than-friendly staff, and we’re not alone in that experience.

Four other lock companies told me I would need to go to a mechanic or a dealership to figure out why my key would not open my door. When I spoke to Curtis on the phone he thought he knew what the issue was and had me bring it in. He had that door fixed in minutes and did not charge me for it! Unheard of! I also got a new chip key made at the same time. I had tried other places and they were unable to make one for my make and model. But All Lock Rescue was able to at less than half the price of the dealership. “Royal Lock & Key re-keyed all my locks when I found the Smartkey from a Weiser door lock, replaced under warranty, didn’t work. They did excellent work and got the deadbolt in my garage man-door aligned and working. They weren’t cheap, but quality never is. I also appreciated that they were up front about all the costs involved – no surprises. I think less reputable locksmiths take advantage of homeowners suddenly locked out of their home/vehicles.
