They took 15 minutes, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, didn’t try to upsell me on products I do not need and did a free, quick inspection of my car with listed items. “Frank went above and beyond. I was skeptical stopping in here for an oil change but was in an emergency situation and he caught a number of things in his complimentary inspection that were completely missed in a bogus pre-purchase inspection at the Emerald Hills Canadian Tire. He flushed and changed my oil and transmission fluid and checked the wear and safety of my tires and topped up my coolant when he noticed that was next to empty too. He also put some new windshield wipers on for free. For context: this was a used vehicle I had just bought that I had spent very little time with and expected was in great working condition based off the glowing inspection it got from can tire. When I checked the oil and saw how dirty it was and that it was about a litre over filled I went to the first place I could on the long weekend to get it changed. Grateful it was with Frank. Thanks Frank for your thorough service, and for the great vibes! Also of note: the technicians here all have a great vibe with each other and Frank.
