“I was in an accident and Infinity Towing was called to take my van because it was totalled. After seeing how bad the van was and noticing how twisted the drivers seat was, Mahdi called me to make sure I was OK before towing the van away. He assured me that he would let me know where I could come to clean out my vehicle and get it ready to be taken by the insurance company.
True to his word, I received a text the next morning with the address for me to go and get my stuff. I had to call him back to get the odometer reading for my insurance company and he was really quick to get it for me. He also sent me pictures of the van so I could use them in my claim. This was so thoughtful and helped me as I wasn’t able to take any due to my being attended to in the ambulance.
He met me at the site when I went to clean out the van and was very pleasant and even asked how I was doing. He showed me how twisted the drivers seat was and told me that that was why he called me the day if the accident. He’d never seen a seat twist like that before.
I had to call him back and ask if he could get me the tire information so I can use it in my claim as they were only a year old. He said that he would do it about 15 minutes but he did it sooner than that.
Mahdi is very helpful and pleasant to work with and I would recommend him and his company to anyone needing a tow.
